Waitlist and early access
The public website introduces the experience SoloRealm is preparing to launch. Joining the waitlist is free, creates no subscription and does not guarantee an invitation or a launch date. Existing invited testers may access the game during development.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or over to join the waitlist or use the game. Keep your account credentials secure. Do not attempt unauthorised access, evade technical restrictions, interfere with availability or use the service unlawfully.
Your content and generated play
You retain rights in original material you submit and must have permission to use it. You grant SoloRealm the limited permission to store and process that material, including through its service providers, needed to provide your campaign and support. AI-generated material may not be unique. Generated narration can be inaccurate or unexpected and is fictional entertainment, not professional advice.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
No public paid membership is offered through this prelaunch website. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation procedures and applicable cooling-off rights will be explained before any purchase. We honour refunds and other remedies required by law. Additional goodwill refund requests are assessed individually; there is no general 30-day money-back guarantee.
Access and changes
During testing, functionality may change and access may be interrupted for maintenance or corrections. We may restrict accounts for misuse or serious safety concerns. Contact support@solorealm.app if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Material changes to the terms will be communicated where required.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales without removing mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers where they live.
